UP: Five of family booked for youth’s murder

PILIBHIT: The police in late night hours on Friday booked five persons of a family in village Eintgaon under Bilsanda police station for killing a 19-year-old youth unintentionally in a minor dispute. The family of the youth had returned home from Siddharth Nagar the same day after completing the contract work at a brick kiln. In his complaint, the deceased’s father, Ram Das, stated that his neighbour, Mukesh Kumar, had enmity with his family for unknown reasons. The SHO, Achal Kumar, said that Mukesh along with his two sons and two other family members was booked under IPC section 304 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (intentional insult) 506 (criminal intimidation) and 147 (rioting). Their arrest was yet to be ensured, he added.
